What is the best way of removing the fatness from your abs? :please:im trying everything to get Six pack abs but i didn't get it.
first im starting jogging in starting everthing is fine. but after 1 week i get weakness and tiredness. i nrver start dieting phir bhi mujhe kamzori and thakan ane lagi after this mene jogginh band ki mere body ka part hand and legs patle hogaye the. leking stomack waise ke waise hi tha.


after few month mene phir jogging start ki kuch month ke baad mene boxing training start kardi those wo do boxing they know boxing ek hardcore training me 3 km ek din bhagta tha 1  week me 3 din.


 ek din mujhe jogging ke waqt cramp(dard) hua stomach me. mujhe laga normal hai nexday me joba par gaya job suddenly stomack ka dard dhire dhire badne laga.
oh my god!


yeh mere zindagi ka horrable day tha. me jobe nikar kar morining hi hospital gaya pata chla Dr. late. use waqt mujhe Dr. hi god dhik raha tha. thodi der me Dr. ara mene Dr. ko saari baat batai mera stmach vibrate horaha tha like mobile.
quikly Dr. ne mujhe injection diya after injection 5-10 miut baat mujhe relax hua then mene dubara jogging band kardi us time ke baad me bar bar fewer mujhe ane laga. right im very upset i think i didnot get six pack abs.
please anyone help me i want six pack abs.

six pack chahye gym jao 2-3 hrs workout karo...simple..
mai roz min. 5-6 kms. walk karta hu for youngsters like us its not a big deal ...pet me dard hai toh ache doc. Ko dikhao ..

one day i do continous walking i take joggerspark  round (1 round=300meter). im going everyday no result one more think.
at what time is good for jogging/ walking?

First of all leave oily food. and do hard practice on abs . do half hour workout. after a 4 months you will see good effect . and Also Buy a Muscle Developer Whey Protein.  After a 1 months you will see good effect on Your Abs

i do this i get swelling from my stomach Dr. said dont do too much exersice in one day.
sorry bro this is my mistake i will start one day professional exercise.

Can you please give me step by step method to exersice so i can follow easily without any problem.

Bro, mix weight training and aerobic excersises with proper diet. You will get the result.never stick to crunches only.if you do only crunches, then later more fat will start accumulating on the abs.So try to excersise which will have impact on all body parts.you will start seeing results in 3-4 months.take proper rest. Try to get at least 7-8 hrs sleep.
