YEAH I don't miss-understand U... BUT USER R USING IT WRONG... AND HOW WE KNOW THAT WHICH TOPIC THE REP- WE DON'T SEE ANYTHING..... BUT THE ((THANK YOU)) CAN BE SEEN.........  AND I SAID ONLY WHILE REP- USER HAVE 2 ADD REASON... NOT REP+...REP+ CAN BE GIVE FREEWAY

I agree, that to improve something, a user should be able to submit a reason for adding -ve rep.
This modification will take some changes in script. But i'll add it to pending list.
